The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is the approving authority for subdivisions within the Fraser Valley Regional District, however, the Fraser Valley Regional District has additional requirements that must be adhered to. All persons who are interested in subdividing their property are encouraged to contact the Fraser Valley Regional District Planning Department.
