The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) provides garbage collection and recycling services to Electoral Area A, B, C, F, and G, through a combination of curbside collection programs, transfer stations, and disposal sites. The regional district also has agreements with several member municipalities to allow residents access to their landfills for disposal of wastes. The FVRD also provides garbage collection and/or recycling services to several First Nations reserves through individual contracts.  In areas where there is no regional district service, residents and businesses are responsible for managing their own waste and recyclables.
